I found this on Amazon. I don’t know if you can spray stuff on your loops. These are meant for glasses for like when we had to wear a mask in 2020 a lot of people used this and I heard it worked.?❤️

I twist the loops before I put them over my ears and that opens up the sides a little bit and that has stopped my loupes from fogging

Pinch the top of the nose piece on the mask to make it flush against your face and then put your loupes on top of the mask

something that helped me was pinching my mask around my nose and then opening my mask at my cheeks so the air could ventilate that way. i also had to learn how to control my breathing so i wasn’t breathing as hard if that makes sense

Girl I dunno but when I’ve gone to my dental hygienist she wears hers over her mask and has the mask pinched at her nose a little under them maybe to keep the moisture down. Obviously I’m not one to give advice bc I don’t work in this industry but that’s just what I’ve seen!
