It’s called Sebaceous hyperplasia or popular scar . Omo I have it too more than 3 years now on my nose and chin heard it cant really be treated but people use laser treatment. Cream really does nothing because I have use everything but it’s still there and even getting worse 💔💔

Get an extraction pin and take off everything in there and go in with rhome soap afterwards, you’d see how smooth that area will be after extraction, no acid will magically dissolve it, you need to take everything off before whatever acid can do their job or go for facials if you can’t take them off yourself
