In Italy fennel is eaten raw plain , In salad, they can also put it on pizzas and yes they have fennel green tea. No wonder Italians live longer Coz they eat more healthy and less chemicals

I am from the celantro haters, it's not something that goes away in a salad or any dish it will ruin every meal 😂 the salad looks amazing I would just not add the celantro

As an italian, i only now discover that fennels basically only exist in the mediterranean area! It’s so great, I eat TONS of them in winter time, they so fresh
