A relationship is rooted in the practical joining of two sets of resources which will yield hopefully a greater experience. Which means it’s a job that’s fun or really bad for you. We got zero affection from mom ever but she was duty bound like no other so a gigantic part of me wants to experience that unconditional love which I know does not exist except for our children. Thank god for race cars and dogs though

Unconditional Love does exist! I have proven this myself with my own heart! I have fed, house & clothed men who have done unspeakable things to me. I have hugged a man who graped me after he cried profusely & begged forgiveness ~ I fed and took care of people who have robbed and drugged me. I have physically demonstrated The unconditional love spoken in Sacred texts!!! Are these people still physically in my life? No. Do I still speak to some of them, Yes. Did that Unconditional Love change them? YES IT DID! They no longer Do those things to others, & they ALL have changed their lives! So, from my perspective, that statement is False! I stand Ten toes down on this! 🧐🧘♀️❤️🩹🧘♀️🪽🕊️🧐👁️🙏🏽

I believe that the only thing capable of unconditional love is a Dog towards a good master. Most Humans are incapable of unconditional love with the exception of a mother towards a newly born child..

Ironically, I think that a lot of people misunderstand unconditional love for unconditional tolerance. I 100% still love my ex but I absolutely will not be treated the way he started treating me. So I love him from afar and I let him go. Just because I’m not present just cause I’m not pouring into you or the relationship just because you no longer have unlimited access to me does not actually mean that there’s no love anymore. some of us can break our own hearts. Some of us can love you and still leave you. And boy did my ex make me stand on that.

It makes my heart hurt for him, but he has to understand and heal that. What has happened is we are existing as roommates and no matter how much love and affection. I gave him throughout the 18 years we’ve been together, it doesn’t seem like he sees or wants to understand me in that way. I’m tired of waiting and tired of hurting.
