@bog.off.elaine: Okay so I full on expected to sob my stupid little eyes out at the show tonight but weirdly the opposite kind of happened. I’ve recently been thinking about how Ariana has been the soundtrack to my life since I was 16 but today I really felt it. Every song took me back to a specific place, a specfic time, a specific era. I found myself smiling through the whole show, beaming with giddy pride at how far both myself and her have come since she has been part of my life. I have that glorious woman to thank for a lot of things but most of all (and most recently of all) I have her to thank for teaching me real self love and acceptance. It’s truly a wonderful thing.
