what if your father doesn't follow Islam rules, e.g guiding kids right way, beating them with violence physically and verbally, doesn't read Salah or fast in Ramadan or visit Allah house even though he has the means, should you as a son respect him and follow him, please tell me your opinion on this?

It's the Mothers that are honoured 3 times more then the father. Fathers remarry have more kids, some don't care about their kids. the wife is often left to pick up the pieces.
