She is 9 years old, and after having her in my life for the past 3 years, she has become such an important part of my family. Pusheen is the sweetest, silliest, cuddliest cat who loves attention and especially belly rubs. Right now, she is in the hospital after being found with fluid around her lungs, and she is having a very hard time breathing. It has been heartbreaking to see her like this and even harder to leave her at the hospital, but I know she is where she needs to be to get help. The veterinary team is working to remove the fluid and keep her breathing with oxygen, while also doing more exams to understand what is causing this. Her care includes x-rays, blood work, medications, diagnostics, drainage of the fluid, her hospital stay, and in severe situations, even CPR if needed. The funds raised will help cover her vet bills and any ongoing expenses, including extra time in the hospital, additional tests, medications, and continued care.
