@insideedition: The man suspected of terrorizing the Center City neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania while wearing a "Chucky" Halloween mask has been identified. Police are looking for 22-year-old Zymire Hughes. Police say a man wearing the mask menaced several people, chasing one woman and asking her if she was "ready to die." Cops say Hughes may no longer be in the area, adding that he has ties to both Nevada and California.
