Yep and right now I'm in a flare up so I hurt like hell😂. I also have pain in my temples and jaw and pain in the back of my head. All over pain, tbh. ❤️

i have fibromyalgia and i have really bad TMJ on the right side of my jaw ive had it for over 10 years and its just getting worse the only thing that helps is a hot water bottle wrapped in a teatowel and hold it there 😅 and my sinuses are also terrible 😭

I have to take an antihistamine every day to keep the pressure from my sinuses away. When I get headaches they’re always in my temple and always worse on the left

YES! I have constant pain in my neck, left shoulder & arm & it'll ramp up & go from my ear, to my jaw, all the way down my back to my hip! Sometimes it's so intense I feel like there's pressure in my eye! I hit a breaking point this week & finally made an appointment w/ the doctor for this Monday... I hate doctors for a multitude of reason...
