I feel like the worst person. It’s not like me to be unkind but with her I am. I’m short with her or ignore her a lot. I make her take care of herself and her basics because she made me do it all alone since I was 5 years old.

I went to therapy, hell I'm still in therapy and what I learned in order to move forward is: It wasn't my fault for all the trauma or disregard. But as an adult it is my responsibility to heal.
