I lost 100lbs 6 yrs ago (I had gastric surgery) but I lived at 260lbs for close to 15 yrs also and I’ll never shut up about it. I always talk about the good and the bad so I get it, specifically you that has a following you’re doing awesome, keep talking honey!!
