I have a feeling I know how this went… the parent told them no, it was scary. Kid said no it’s not, they ain’t babies. Begged to ride it… parent said ok, whatever and this is the result.. As a parent I’d be laughing bc now they know to listen a little more when it comes to rides. 😂 builds character..

I have been a scare actor for 30+ years and would never hover over kids that young like that. I also wouldn't put children that age on a dark ride unless it was specifically designed for kids. Being scared in a safe environment can be a lot of fun and a great adrenaline rush, but very young children don't necessarily have the discernment to understand that what feels threatening isn't actually dangerous. I don't think we should be teaching little kids to override their fear and discomfort before they're old enough to understand the difference between a fun scare and a situation where their instincts are telling them something isn't right.

It’s not the parents fault. At all. However, the actor should have seen the kids reactions and chilled a bit. But they will survive.
