I’m very confused. In 2003 when Canada & the US experienced a joint blackout spanning 24,000 square miles, it took max 8 days to fully restore. So how is it possible the small 50 square miles of Gary, Indiana not received ANY help in 10+ days. This is beyond a nightmare situation, let alone being a single mother with babies in it.

if you can fill up a milk jug a clear one or like a 2 L with water and then put the lantern beside it where the light is going into The Jug it will create a bigger wider area of light
