This is so true, gaming triggers so many systems in the body while playing that game..when you play a game you get to use your less dominant hand which rewards your brain growth more than just watching.

Playing ark survival evolved my best friend learned how to negotiate and conquered or allied the whole server. Becoming the top tribe gave him confidence to ask for more money at his job and doubled his income to over $100,000. I mainly learned organizational skills cause I hated spending half my time looking for items I already gathered at my base

Video games at least help with fast reaction time unlike pure social media entertainment. ( video games are still waste of time though)
