I can’t do African hair braiders. I asked them to braid the front half of my daughter hair they charged me $60. No weave added.

It’s a meat factory . They don’t care they just want your money and it’s hit or miss sometimes they could do good and sometimes you don’t !! I just stopped going altogether.

I went there today too! Left because she told me cash only when they definitely said that last time too then changed their minds and said Zelle. They pick and choose who gets to pay in which way. And that's frustrating bc they constantly changing the price last minute

Question?? Why would you stand around for thirty minutes if you were not addressed almost immediately?? If I enter an establishment for services and I’m not greeted I’m leaving immediately. Moving on to the next establishment that satisfies my expectations.

Unpopular opinion: i don’t go there for costumer service. I go there to get nice braids for lower than what everyone else is charging and to get multiple people on my head to finish in 3-4 hrs. Sometimes we take the good with the bad 🤷🏾♀️
