What I did was click “Let us know” on the error message itself. After about an hour, I got a notification saying my appeal was approved and the rwstrictions were removed. However, I still couldn’t send messages right away. The second thing I did was “Report a problem,” like in the video. After a day, everything was back to normal. 👍
