I play Sauron, the Dark Lord. Even if I don’t have an instant or sorc in hand I’ll keep 1-2 mana open now and then to keep ‘em guessing. Plus.. you create more problems for yourself on your own turns. 🤷🏻♀️

hey look at the start of the game im struggling for mana so I have two choices spend all mana and have defense or spend no mana and attempt to bluff yall that I have instants (a counterspell doesnt stop a already summoned creatures) and by the time I do have enough mana to have some left over im down to my last 10 life and the table decides "well since your almost dead anyways ill just swing everything at you"(true story and a actual qoute)

dude I try and run interaction in my decks no most if not all the time I play certain decks I just don't draw them, so I just tap out and hope to God that I don't get board wiped

Playing a 0 counterspell blue/mixed deck but leaving 2 mana up every turn you can get away with it is such a fun thing to do lmfao. also declaring "Yeah, not worth it" after someone plays something to imply you might have a counterspell is phenomenal
