I'm going to be honest. I legit don't care if he did it to get famous, if he had selfish reasons. The internet back in the 00s was exploding with the ease of access to online chatrooms for everyone with internet access. A light needed to be put on what was going on in those chatrooms. As someone that was a teenager at the time, I'm glad I watched his specials because it opened my eyes to how naive I was. I'm sure it did the same for many others my age and parents as well.
