Maybe try a different carrier, that one doesn’t look super comfortable. I know it’s kind of expensive, but the hope and plum lark is great! It doesn’t have a ton of fabric and it’s super easy to put on and take off.

That carrier looks so uncomfortable, I absolutely LOVED my lillebaby carrier when mine was little, a Tula or a ring sling are also great options

I see lots of comments suggesting you wear him facing out. Try a ringsling instead so you can do a hip carry. It’s more ergonomic for both mom and baby and he can still see what you’re doing. ❤️
