Holy shit I thought about when Jean froze everybody in manhattan under a certain mile radius. When she says to Peter “take one more step and he dies they all do”, yo what if everybody she mind controlled could like hear or feel her intent to just kill everyone from the anger and grief she was feeling and that’s part of the reason that kickstarts why humanity hates mutants 😳😱

Sure Jean was bad, but she had a legit reason to be. It wasn't just against everyone, it was against the people that took her sister. It was fully relatable. Punisher has done way worse against way more people in his screen time
