Patrick obviously did it, he tapped into the speed force, got home in 30 seconds with the fastest mile time in the world, killed the kids and then used Jedi mind control to make Lindsay harm herself and make her believe she did it before using the force to crush her thyroid, ate skittles and then ran back to the store and erased everyone’s minds and drove back home.

I think some of those people are confused about the trial and think this trial is to prove her innocent or guilty. They think her lawyer or the investigators missed things so they think they are all discovering new “evidence”.
