Time of death isn't super exact. Essentially their time of death would be in an approximate window. In addition to the fact that they were inside and she was outside.

I don’t think he planned on explaining her time of ☠️either. If the picture you’ve painted makes sense when police get there, and police believe the culprit is dead, they’re not going to look too closely. Lindsay threw a huge wrench in the plan by surviving. Had she not survived, especially the first two attempts, police basically would have asked him a few questions about where he was when all this happened and hauled the bodies off to the morgue. Police have other calls to get to and free meals to collect at local businesses, and they’re notoriously bad at their jobs.

Well, the great job they did investigating so far they probably wouldn’t even investigated it. They probably wouldn’t even have looked into it. But have you seen the neighbor say that his son son seen Lindsay laying out on the ground at 5:50 wouldn’t that change the time her being outside and the kids timing

I think if she had died he would’ve been the one on trail bc of the timeline alone! Plus the investigation definitely wouldn’t have been open and shut either especially once they found the time that email was sent!

I haven’t seen anyone point that out and you’re right. Callan was resuscitated so that means he was at*acked roughly 10 minutes before Patrick claims to have gotten home. If it would’ve been longer, they wouldn’t have been able to resuscitated. And she was seen at 5:50pm in the snow. So he would’ve been unalived prior. She couldn’t have done that and also been outside paralyzed, and hypothermic within those 15 minutes before he got home mind you!!

The 7 mins it took him to call 911 he realized he couldn’t leave the baby alive and went ahead and finished him off before calling that’s why they were able to resuscitate him.
