it's not in Skyrim 5 legendary edition for PlayStation 3 is not in Hobbs falls cave you cannot do that on this version it has to be the computer or some other version it doesn't work for all versions

You can max all schools of magic early if you have the muffle, detect life and soul trap spells and a horse. If you have those things, go to the College of Winterhold and speak to Drevis about cleaning focal points. A quest will begin and two mystic tuning gloves will be added to your inventory. Do not complete the quest just yet because when you equip the gloves it will almost instantly replenish your magica for 2 real world hours. Cast muffle repeatedly to level up illusion, cast soul trap repeatedly on your horse to level up conjuration and cast detect life to level up alteration. Whenever you gain a character level go Faralda to train 5 levels of destruction or the restoration NPC to train restoration. You will need gold to pay for the training. If you don't have a lot of gold you can paralyze the NPC trainer and pickpocket the gold off them. Before you do this quicksave so you can start over if the NPC becomes hostile. If you don't have the paralysis spell there's a staff of paralysis in Snapleg Cave north east of Ivarstead

You can instantly get alteration the same way as destruction you just need secret of arcana and telekinesis

keep in mind you have to download this before trying it as the spell is not in the game until you do. it's an add on spell.
