@xutyuulm2gu: Spirit 500 g white bread flour (approx. 3 and 1/2 cups) 10 g traditional yeast (1 sachet) 1 spoon raw sugar 1 flat teaspoon kosher salt 350 ml warm water 2 spoons olive oil or melted lard Procedure Place warm water, raw sugar, and yeast in a spacious bowl. Stir gently and wait 5-10 minutes for froth. Add oil and salt. Mix. Dump in all flour and stir with a spoon until a moist, tacky dough forms. No kneading needed. Cover with a towel or plastic and let rise 1 hour until doubled. Once expanded, lightly fold the dough to remove bubbles. Transfer to a greased pan or parchment-lined tray. Cover and proof 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until crust is golden. Cool slightly before cutting. Where two or three are gathered in His name, even a simple meal becomes a sacred feast blessed by the Holy Spirit.
