Same thing happened to my 10 year old, ended up having to restart the whole game. If you find a fix I’d love to know, he wants his old save back🥲

they just had an update, if you have some mods installed it'll cause the saves to malfunction

if you have a bunch of saves piled up delete all the saves but your last 2 saves idk of it'll work with fallout but its helped me with skyrim

You have to restart everything delete ur data for fallout 4 and the game then redownload only if ur on ps5 if pc or Xbox idk
