here's the 100% facts. the supreme Court has ruled that the party bringing the case has to prove jurisdiction. if the party bringing the case is the court and that's why the judge is allowed to decide jurisdiction then that makes him a party to the case and it's a mistrial

reading the comments r there really this many sovereign citizens out there or r people trolling. there is no way people think they can get away with "traveling" with no consequences if they do something wrong. what if u were traveling and hit a child or another car. who do u think pays for that or has to b punished?

Honestly, the legal definition speak for themselves if you’ve ever got on Cornell and black law dictionary specifically easy to figure out this out, but most people don’t do their due diligence so they’re left in the dark that end with the system allows them to think you will always only be allowed to know with the system thing for you to think when you realize that all of your rights were God given not by man that all man had Dominion over this land, which means that nobody owns a piece of land per se. They are a steward in Christ in this particular ownership and if you don’t understand that you are there on special appearance, only not general appearance they’re there to accept the charges, move to discharge and then move to set off because it is a contract with a corporate U because if you look up the legal definition of a name and in any kind of English, it’s a upper and lowercase name. It is not a uppercase name it’s not being incorporated name your Social Security number does not give you inherit right they were already there before the Social Security number was even there. You are just acting as a injured party a victim free will comes from somebody that acts up upon and not praise upon a change. They are the original change if you go back to the constitutional documents, they found a father he never made a messed up on what they said.

at the very least its a conflict of interest, the arresting party, the judge, and the prosecuter all work for the state. whi h according to our constitution the jurisdiction falls to the Supreme court. for no party bringing a charge can also be judge and prosecuter. 2nd there was no injured party I. order for a crime to have happened there has to be an injured party.
