a lot of it stems from the fact that people now are realizing how much actually goes into their food and craving simplicity. there might be nothing wrong with science innovating the way bread is now however bread was perfectly fine the way it was before as were many foods. sometimes things don't need to be reinvented. the further we stray away from the foods that sustained us for centuries and generations the more people are going to circle back to being resistant to those changes. this logic applies to any part of life as well

Seriously! People are too dumb to appreciate the innovation. The fact that vaccines, the vitamin k shot, gmos, seed oils, fluoride in water, iodized salt, preservatives in food etc, are all seen as bad things is [censored] wild!
