My baby came out of the womb lifting her head by her self for short periods of time. (Literally) now 3 weeks pp, and she loves tummy time. Constantly looking around and holding her own head up. 😁

my baby hated tummy time on the ground so I usually did some on my stomach and then lay her on the ground for increased amounts of time and now at 11 weeks old she really seems to enjoy it especially when me or her dad are laying down with her and talk to her 🥰

I do this on the couch with my baby between my legs so he can't accidentally roll off, even though he's 9 days old and can't roll yet. I had an emergency c-section so I can't get down on the floor yet with him and I can't bend over to pick him up.

i just had my 2nd baby (6 weeks old) and with my 1st i was googling like how much time does a 1 month old need for tummy time? I tried each day to get the correct amount of minutes. now? I just try every day and don't stress as much. it's so nice.
