@ocurgentdogs: 🚨 PAST THE DEADLINE 🚨 NO INTEREST 🆘💔 At only 2 years old, Morticia was found terrified and running through the streets as a stray, even into traffic, as people tried to catch her. She was eventually found tied to a 20+ ft rope and was too frightened to safely approach, requiring a catch pole to bring her in. Since arriving at the shelter, Morticia has remained extremely fearful and overwhelmed. She barks, growls, and reacts when she feels frightened, BUT when given space, she has shown small glimpses of curiosity such as approaching to sniff a hand, taking treats, and showing interest in another dog. The shelter environment is not allowing her to decompress. Morticia has spent her life running from fear. She’s tired of running. She just needs somewhere safe to land.
