Hi Abbey I taught myself Astro projection last year by listening to hemi sync sounds. It takes around 45 minutes, I've managed to do this 11 times in the past year. I'd love to be able to do it in 20 minutes. I usually have a child with me but don't know who it is .

How do you do it without getting scared? I have nearly gone to do it a few times and then I forced myself to sleep but I really wanna do it.

It happens to me without trying during sleep, but i always feel so scared it’s like extreme terror that I’ve mastered waking myself up from it 😅 where do you go what do you do?
