The loneliest feeling is being liked for a version of yourself that isn’t really you. People laugh with you, talk to you, choose you… and somehow you still feel unseen. Because deep down, you know they only know the version you created to keep them interested. And that creates this constant fear: If I stop performing, will they still stay? If I show them the messy parts, the quiet parts, the parts I usually hide… will they still choose me? Sometimes being surrounded by people still feels lonely when nobody actually knows the real you.
