I found a baby “Mountain Rwenzori,” and people were excited, saying, “Oh, Barugahara, you need to see Mountain Rwenzori, a market called Kabundaire, with a lot of garbage!” The “Mountain Rwenzori” was actually a mountain of garbage in Kabundaire Market in Fort Portal. And then they told me, “That is our most beautiful and cheapest fresh food market.” I said, “So when tourists come here, they see those big bags and take photos with rubbish and garbage?
