If he was aiming for center mass, that could explain why the shot hit Charlie where it did. As for the guy in the parking garage, are we really saying there are no other stairwells in the garage? I’ve been in a few parking garages myself, and they usually have more than one. If the same person were shown in multiple stairwells, all showing the exact same thing, then I’d take the video a lot more seriously. But one video from one stairwell, by itself, doesn’t prove nearly as much as people are making it out to prove.
