Banner will fire anyone that speaks up for safety & ethical issues. They have extremely toxic leadership that c-suite backs. The bullying and harassment by leadership is sickening. I quit after 7 years of abuse.

Banner health is horrible. Theu don't communicate and are dismissive. They called me to remind me to get a colonoscopy because its imperative so they can help me! I DID IT A YEAR AGO AT THEIR HOSPITAL! THEY REFUSED TO FOLLOW UP! THEN TRIED TO SET ME UP FOR A NEW PT APPT IN 6 MONTHS. RIDDLE ME THAT

I hope all healthcare providers at Banner get the work life balance they deserve. It results in better care for the patients. As someone who takes longer than a 15 minute exam... I would like to see that MD's get the time needed to spend with the patient AND the time after we are seen to ensure follow up does not fall through the cracks. Good luck one and all.
