coming from someone who actually studies it first to draw anatomy, you must know the fundamentals like having to control your lines and having confidence and you must like draw 2943 shapes to know the 3d space of it and read books like morphos and Bridgman anatomy art books they helped a lot and my personal tip is to study off of nude models
