This is also a reminder to use local dialects in sending communication letters, memo, etc. para mas madali maintindihan ng mga constituents natin. Not everyone understands English, and alam naman natin na hindi lahat nabigyan ng pormal na edukasyon. If we don't have the time to explain it further sa kanila, then it would be easier for them to understand a letter or memo if we use the local dialect. Let us be mindful po.
