“THE CEO WHO TAKES ORDERS “ Lena Schuett is one of the most powerful businesswomen in Asia. As the owner of multiple successful companies across the continent, she has built an intimidating reputation for herself. Cold, calculating, and fiercely dominant, Lena is known for making decisions without hesitation. Employees fear disappointing her because everyone knows she can fire someone without blinking twice. Lena always maintains control. That is—until Miu Natasha enters her world. Miu is one of the major shareholders in Lena’s company, but she is nothing like Lena. Sweet, playful, confident, and effortlessly charming, Miu loves shopping, expensive cafés, spontaneous outings, and spending time with her best friends, Orm and Bam. At first, Lena finds Miu’s carefree personality irritating. Miu, however, finds Lena fascinating. During meetings, Miu begins noticing little things about Lena that nobody else seems brave enough to notice. The intimidating CEO who commands entire rooms seems strangely receptive whenever Miu gives her a playful instruction. One evening, Miu decides to test her theory. “Sit.” Lena looks at her with those sharp eyes. “You realize you’re giving an order to the woman who owns this company?” Miu simply smiles. “And yet you haven’t said no.” For the first time, Lena is caught off guard. Their relationship slowly becomes a private game of control—Lena refusing to admit how much she enjoys Miu’s confidence, while Miu becomes increasingly amused by discovering the one person in the entire company who can make the untouchable Lena Schuett willingly surrender control. One afternoon, after a particularly tense meeting, Miu visits Lena’s private office. The meeting had been about a major expansion, and Lena had spent most of it dismissing suggestions with her usual sharp efficiency. Now, however, Miu seems distracted. Lena notices immediately. “You’ve been unusually quiet,” she says, leaning back in her chair. “That is unlike you.” Miu looks toward the window, pretending to consider the view. “I was thinking about the meeting.” “About the expansion?” “About you.” Lena’s expression hardens slightly, though the faintest flicker of curiosity appears in her eyes. “Me?” “You were very commanding this morning.” “I was doing my job.” “You always say that.” “And you always seem to have something to say about it.” Miu turns toward her with a small smile. “Maybe I do.” The room falls quiet. Lena studies her carefully. “If you came here to criticize my leadership, you could have done so in front of the board.” “I didn’t come here to criticize you.” “Then why are you distracted?” Miu walks closer to the desk. “I’m deciding whether you deserve a reward.” Lena raises an eyebrow. “A reward?” “For listening to me earlier.” “I listened to the board.” “You listened to me.” Lena says nothing. Miu stops in front of her desk and looks directly at her. “Get up.” Lena remains seated, her expression unreadable. She acts as though she has not heard the instruction. “What did you say ?” Miu’s smile fades into something more deliberate. “Don’t make me say it again.” For a moment, Lena simply watches her. Then she rises slowly from her chair, straightening her jacket as if she is doing so entirely by choice. Miu gestures toward the space beside her. “Come over here.” Lena’s eyes narrow. “You’re becoming very comfortable giving me orders.” “You’re becoming very comfortable pretending you don’t like them.” “That is a dangerous assumption.” “Then prove me wrong.” Lena debates the challenge for a moment. Her pride tells her to remain where she is, but her curiosity—and the unmistakable amusement in Miu’s eyes—wins out. She walks around the desk. Miu does not move as Lena approaches. Lena stops only when she is standing directly over her, looking down with the same intimidating presence that makes entire boardrooms fall silent. Miu tilts her chin upward. “Get down.” Lena’s expression turns cold. “Pardon me?” Miu’s gaze remains steady. “Don’t make me repeat my words. You heard me. I said, on your knees.”
