akala ko ba education is a right pero bakit parang limited lang yong pwedeng maka-access?
the idea of granular suspension of classes may aim to keep students learning whenever possible, pero kung ang school building ay dry, does that automatically mean the road going to it is safe? siyempre may mga estudiyante pa ring mag t-travel through flooded streets, heavy rain, dangerous roads, and areas where transportation may be unavailable, the classroom may be safe, but the journey to reach it may not be,
education should not be measured only by whether a school can physically open its doors, kailangan din nating iconsider yong mga students who are expected to walk through those doors, not every student has the same transportation, internet connection, electricity, devices, or living conditions, for some, attending school during difficult weather is simply harder than it is for others, this is where education begins to feel less like a right and more like a privilege, a right is supposed to be accessible to everyone, hindi lang para sa mga indibidwal na may abilidad na malagpasan ang mga pagsubok na posibleng ma encounter sa pag punta sa paaralan, we should not have to choose between safety and education, students deserve both, keeping education continuous is important, but protecting students should never become secondary to keeping the school calendar moving
