I have done so many trials on this recipe , I wanted to make something that is super easy, requires no kneading and can be made the same day! And… about the crust, My initial trials always made thick and bready crusts. I wanted something not very thin and not very thick and the medium kind of crust with crispy edges and bottom was the perfect sweet spot that I nailed! For my pizza toppings, I kept it simple with mozzarella, cheddar, jalepenos, pepperoni and fresh basil.
