tell me about it!! it’s such a freaking pisstake 😭 i live on the third floor of a flat, and they always say they’ve delivered it to my door, but they literally haven’t!! they’ll leave it outside, on the very first floor, or sometimes they don’t even leave it at all and just take it themselves!! i’ve had so many parcels go missing because of this, it’s actually ridiculous.

I HATE EVRI! They come to this block and just throw them inside the door downstairs- I’ve complained about over 5 times, I’ve lost over 40 parcels and because they’re marked as delivered I can’t get my money back 😭 I have the email address for the CEO if you want that? It seems to be the only PERSON I can contact . I actively look to buy from people and companies that aren’t delivered by Evri now

@Evri seems to be a running issue with your couriers and delivery service. We pay postage and packaging for parcels to be delivered to our door. Please,I’ve lost so many parcels because your couriers just throw them inside the main door of the block of flats - sort it out because it’s beyond a joke
