I hope he gets it because Allie went buck wild when they got divorced and didn't have time for that baby. Noah I know is not perfect ( no one is ) but he's always had his child's best interest first.

The fact that she whole heart admitted to lying about it, IMO shows grounds enough for emergency file. When you go as far as lying about DV and CA, you need help. She’s actively in therapy, yes. But, my whole thing is, while yes, Noah comes with his own bull shit, he isn’t lying about DV and CA, and having DV charges and being thrown in jail. Also, while I’m not trashing her at all, she mentally receiving active treatment (I’m proud of her for that!) and all while trying to be a mom, and pregnant. I think the custody order is needed. It’s going to bring stability to Allie and Noah as parents. It will bring a routine and schedule, and consistency. Can’t go against a court order. Do I feel emergencybwill be granted? Meh, he waited SOOOO LONG. But, with the supervised visits (if that is real) honestly it may just be ruled into his favor. 50/50 with consistent visit, he will probably get primary/residential custody
