Good because I called capital one the other day needing to speak with customer service they switched me over three times asked me the same questions three times no one documents anything in that account and then they couldn’t even help me with what I needed to get done. it was ridiculous. It’s insulting to Americans that we have to pay our bills and then when we want assistance these morons don’t even know how to do their job. It’s absolutely disrespectful to every single American here. I hope every single outsourced company is removed because jobs need to stay in America. 🇺🇸
