If I’m not mistaken, if an officer encounters someone visibly intoxicated, they are supposed to assist with their safety, even if it means taking them to the station until they sober up… this is extremely sad smh why didn’t they help him?

Why didn’t the officers give him a ride back to his hotel instead? It doesn’t add up… they knew he was intoxicated but let him leave like that? Sooooo not okay. Of If I were the family I’d be questioning those police officers because wtf . You know damn well they wouldn’t of let it slide had he been one of them
