I’m 24 and I’m not afraid to admit that: 1. I’m broke right now. I’m basically living off the money I saved from working before. I’m grateful I have something to fall back on, but watching my savings slowly go down while I figure out my next move is scary. 2. I still don’t have my dream body. I’ve been telling myself I’ll take my fitness more seriously, but I’m still not where I want to be. Deep down, I know I could be more disciplined. 3. I’ve gotten too comfortable being alone. I enjoy my own company so much that sometimes I end up isolating myself. I want friends with the same mindset and goals, but I also know I have to put myself out there to find them. 4. I’m scared of settling for an average life. I don’t want to look back one day and regret not doing more with my life. What scares me isn’t failing, it’s knowing I could’ve done more but chose to stay comfortable. 5. I’m not as consistent as I know I need to be. I know what I have to do to get closer to my goals, but knowing what to do and actually showing up every day are two different things. 6. I chose a different path from most people around me, and I’m not sure how long I can keep doing this. I decided to bet on myself and try something different. I believe in what I’m doing, but there’s still that thought in the back of my mind wondering if this path will actually work out. I’m nowhere near the person I know I could become. I’m still working on my discipline, my body, my finances, my relationships, and my future. I don’t have everything figured out. I’m just 24, taking a different path and hoping that one day, I’ll be glad I trusted myself enough to take it. drop a follow to see my journey (?) 🙇
