I don’t want Yoru to have double flashes but they did gut him hard with his ult changes. And Phoenix should be nerfed into the ground, Istg I see him every fucking game and it pisses me off that his FLASHES GET REFUNDED??? Like he already has 2 on base but if he gets kills he gets more?? And he can heal himself and his ult takes 6 fucking ult orbs for one of the strongest information tools in the game, and he heals himself after like ??? Idk it’s just so disgusting I genuinely hate Phoenix so much
