I worked in insurance and if you know the Garda’s name you can instruct your insurance company to contact the Garda in question in writing and get the confirmation they need. I’m surprised they haven’t done this already as it’s usually one of the first things they do in this situation. Wishing you all the best 👍

the gardai dont seem to be much of a help to this family. there are more gardai deployed tormenting this poor family than for policing against organised criminal gangs.
