It’s called milia. I’ve also always had clear skin yet I got these stubborn little bumps on my face a few years ago. They go away on their own time, for me it took months. One thing I will say is DONT PICK AT IT, it’ll leave a scar! And to be very honest, skincare doesn’t really work for me. My skin looks its best when I stick to just basic necessities. Also I’d advise not using such heavy creams too, stick to light, watery base ones.

ตัวเองลองสังเกตุการกินด้วยไหม น้ำตาลกับนมวัวมันกระตุ้นการอักเสบของร่างกาย ถ้าหากว่ากินอยู่ให้งดก่อนสัก 1 อาทิตย์ หน้ามันดีขึ้นจริงๆนะ ใน case เค้าแพ้ Caseinในนมวัว ก็เลิกกินไปเลย แล้วก็ดีขึ้นจริงๆ ส่วนครีมของนีเวียคตส่วนใหญ่ใช้ทาก้นแตกลายค่ะ😭 ไม่เอามาทาหน้านะ เนื้อมันหนา มันทำให้รูขุมขนขนอุดตัน
