The easiest method that exists right now: STEP 1 — Download an AI coding tool: Claude Code or Codex. Ignore the word "coding" — you're getting the most powerful AI setup there is, engine built in. STEP 2 — Give it a home. One folder (your AI command center), one file the AI reads first every time: "this project manages my work, here's what it helps me do." STEP 3 — Context. A company folder with everything an intern would need on day one. And you don't have to type it — I speak: talk everything in your head about, say, your CRM, hit enter, and the AI writes AND organizes the file. STEP 4 — Skills. Here's the move almost nobody knows: don't write the instructions. Do the job WITH the AI once — tools connected, walked through together — then say one sentence: "turn what we just did into a skill." It writes its own instruction file. You trained it by doing the job one time. Skills can link to your files mid-task ("at this step, read the pricing file") — nothing dumped, everything connected.
