that's why we document each pallet before it goes in a truck, once it loaded and a seal is put on it and it's left the lot it's on the trucker after that, so if there is any complaints about it we got proof it was all good once it was sealed in the trailt

I never understood the whole load refusal. Okay so the business bought something, truck guy shows up, load looks messy. Business refuse? What, they just don't take any of it, did they lose money, is it insurance paid out, does the truck guy just drop it off for anyone else that wants it? or is the truck guy in a deficit to pay off whatever the load was originally cost? I don't get the idea of refusing a little leak.

As someone who does transit loading on a much smaller scale for work, I will say that nobody actually trains you the correct way to do this anymore. I was lucky enough to still work with some old heads but common sense is not common. People losing their critical thinking skills.

Tell him to find the local food donation centers like a food bank they might be able to help him. I’ve been in a situation like that and I had half a load of black berrys and they clean my trailer out .

That’s alright! That was my husband. He got that trailer cleaned. And the load was NOT rejected! However, he didn’t get to come home last weekend! 😭

either one of the valves cracked, missing gasket in the valve or the metal dug into the plastic causing it to rip. I used to do testing on these types of containers put it on a table and have it literally bouncing full of water for a hour to simulate a truck ride

just find the nearest farmers market they normally have a forklift, then a good hot hot hot pressure wash and you'll good to go🤣
