So next step is incident number followed by a SAR to clarify which officer made up the bogus claim. Then make a complaint about that officer to the IOPC (which will no doubt be "we investigated and found no fault with his actions" but at least it will waste their time and it will go on his record. Then lastly make a civil claim.
